We waited and waited for the new fireplace install only to realize she had been scammed for the entire price of the fireplace. We recently found a new fireplace company, Highland Hearth and Fireplace to do the job. When I went back to DG Patterson, they had saved the original piece of granite with my mom‘s name still on it. They agreed to the same price from a year prior. They delivered the granite and it was perfect. About a week later the owner Jim called me for payment I thought. When we spoke on the phone he stated how bad he felt for my mom and said he would like to give her the granite at no cost. People like this really restore your faith. If I ever need stone for my home I will be right back at Patterson. They went above and beyond our expectations.”
